We at SERVPRO are confident in saying that we have seen it all, however, sometimes even we get a little surprised. We just recently finished a biohazard clean up job in a hearse. Yes, a hearse. They were transporting a body from one funeral home to another and something caused a leak. Bodily fluids along with embalming fluid and other things seeped out of the bag and through the vehicle. The customer attempted to mitigate the situation themselves using bleach but the odor was still evident and it was not truly clean and safe. There are so many toxins involved when you are dealing with something like this. It may never happen again, and we hope it won't but if it does, we are prepared.
