Pollen and ducts

When was the last time you had your HVAC unit serviced?  At that point, did you also have the duct work cleaned?  Dirt, pollen, debris, rodents and bacteria build up in the ductwork over time and need to be cleaned. Poor indoor air quality can lead to a host of problems that no one wants. Everything from dry, scratchy throats to a full blown "allergy attack". As a general rule, ducts  should be cleaned at least 2 times per year.
