Before and during

Water heater leaks are a nightmare no matter if it happens at home or at your place of business.  It's a mess to deal with and clean up and the proper steps need to be taken to ensure that mold does not grow and spread. When it happens in an office setting, it's even worse as it slows or stops business completely until the dry out is finished. Generally, the dry out process involves air movers and dehumidifiers and they usually run for three consecutive days. We see the culprit itself in the first picture and in the second, we show where the drywall has been cut do to being wet and the air movers in place.
