Rain and wind cause all types of issues

Hard, blowing rain and wind is quite a combination. Regardless of what time of year, it can cause all types of havoc and general interruption of daily life. The following pictures are perfect examples of that. A storm blew in and caused some localized flooding which resulted in a sewer backup on the second floor of this home. You can see the water pooling on the ceiling in the first picture and the second is midway through demo and beginning phases of reconstruction.
