The Pro's Know

At SERVPRO of Pottstown / Souderton, we take pride in knowing what to do and when.  These pictures show you exactly what we mean by that. We had a situation that presented initially as a water loss but certainly appeared as though it was going to turn into a mold remediation job. Most insurance carriers do not cover mold, so the homeowner would have been faced with a rather large bill. We took that into consideration when addressing the water loss and more specifically, the location of the loss itself. Being in the ceiling, we used the wall-in system to be certain that it was properly and thoroughly dried to prevent mold.
