Before and during mold remediation

We see in this first picture that there is black mold growing on this drywall at the base of the stairs. The home flooded and had over 2 inches of standing water. The first thing to do in these situations is to dry out and remove all the contents. Once that's done, we can focus our attention on what can and cannot be salvaged. We run dehumidifiers and air movers for a few days to assist with the process from start to finish.  The second picture shows the room with the affected drywall removed. We are in the reconstruction phase at this point.
