Sewer backup
Your worst fear confirmed. The processing plant next to your business has a sewer backup and it literally forces back through the pipes in your building. We can see the first picture where the source of this came from. The picture is after we had torn out the drywall and cleaned up the area and after the dry out. The plumber had been onsite to do what they could to stop it from continuing and to attempt to prevent it in the future. When you have a hazardous situation like this, you must removed the drywall and flooring completely as we see in the second picture.
