Water damage to basement

Here are the before and after photos of a boiler overflow valve leak.  It put a little over 1/4 inch of water over this entire finished basement. The homeowners attempted to mitigate it themselves using a wet/dry vac and mops since it happened on a Sunday night at approximately 9:30 but called SERVPRO of Pottstown/Souderton after a few hours. We were onsite the next morning and had the ruined flooring up and disposed of by that afternoon. We also had air movers and a dehumidifier running for 3 days to make sure it was completely dry and ready for the next phase, reconstruction.
