Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Before and during

Mold abatement and remediation is quite the process. You first need to identify the source and do what you can to contain it to prevent the spores from spreading. If they spread, the cost's to remediate become indefinite. You want to be certain that the people you've hired to do the job are using the proper techniques. Please do your research and find the best team possible. In this first picture, we can see the mold has formed under the sink in a second floor bathroom. It actually went unnoticed for so long that it wasn't til after the pipes sprung a leak that anyone knew there was mold.  The second picture shows halfway through the process where we have removed the affected areas from under the sink and are in the process of the reconstruction phase.
